PFE on May 23, 2023, at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History was a success!

What a happy and heartfelt 30th anniversary we shared at the Partnership for Excellence on May 23. The advisors and Ruby Road production team want to express our heartfelt appreciation for the Foundation Roundtable's sponsorship commitment to this one-of-a-kind social sector gathering.

Surveys and feedback have been positive and thoughtful - strongly reflecting the value of PFE and interests for the future. Being back in person together was both energetic and emotional for PFE participants. With 235 guests, each person's presence and participation uniquely influenced the day focused on wellness. Programming with keynote Alex Dorsey and UCSB's Tarek Azzam and Natalie Jones was well received and provided learnings, insights and engagement opportunities for the audience throughout the day. Twenty five facilitated Community Conversations began in the museum's backyard along Mission Creek, and continued enthusiastically in the galleries and auditorium. Afternoon participation was at newly high retention for PFE - despite the rainy drizzle.

We sense that we fulfilled our vision to center wellness for our sector peers, reconnect in person, and explore meaningful possibilities together. Happy 30th Anniversary to PFE!
